External quality control for the fashion industry
QUALITY CONTROL
Small proactive measures to prevent disaster
Your company's reputation is reflected in the quality of your products. And quality matters. The "made in Portugal" label is a quality stamp in itself, but as the market move faster and the production and planning window shrinks, you will do well to invest in external quality control processes in your production.

Quality control is an insurance function to proactively detect and prevent production issues. Yes; it is an additional cost, but you get it back tenfold compared to a late discovery of failing quality. Once goods are in your warehouse - or even shipped to your clients - It becomes a lot more complex and costly to rectify.

Why external quality control?
Your factory is dedicated to meet your - and the other clients - deadlines for production. Shipping on time has long been the best way to prove worthiness. However, when things get stressfull, and you will not know when this happens, anything slowing down production is set aside. An external team can perform the quality control unaffected by stress and is therefore an asset both for you - and for the factory.
